Tammy's Fitness Club exists to help you live your best life!


You will reach your mental and physical health and well-being goals through my holistic and trauma-informed approach to training that allows you to build your strength and optimise your body as a functioning system regardless of chronic pain or other challenges that may have held you back till now.


At Tammy’s Fitness Club, I offer one-on-one training sessions in a fully-equipped home gym that provides you with privacy. I will support you on your fitness journey, and take time getting to know you to understand your health, lifestyle, and assist you in setting attainable personal, fitness, and well-being goals. Each training session will be designed especially for you and will draw on my extensive experience in fitness, counseling, chair yoga, meditation, and nutrition.


Menstruating people will be guided to train according to their cycle to increase their sports performance according to their natural energy levels. I believe and encourage a fitness program planned around your follicular, ovulation, and luteal phases.


If you are experiencing endometriosis, PCOS, fibroids, or other health challenges you will find Tammy’s Fitness Club a uniquely supportive environment where you can work to improve your pain levels, build strength, increase fitness, and feel better in your daily life. If you are preparing for surgery, I will help you go in strong so your recovery will be shorter!
